If you would like to give the children a Christmas treat, we would like to offer you the opportunity to invite Chamberhouse Winds to your school for a special seasonal concert which will include a full running version of Howard Blake’s The Snowman, including a live performance of Walking in the Air. The ensemble with enthuse and engage the children with singing, use of props and a special guest appearance!

What we need:
A Hall or performance space
Ideally - parking spaces for a few cars.
6 Adult chairs
Electricity supply - for large halls only
6 music stands (optional)
The musicians will bring a small amount of equipment including instruments.
Prepare the Pupils:

Pricing:
There will be a flat fee per visit but discounts are available for multiple bookings or if other schools in the same catchment area are visited on the same day. Travel and distance will be taken into account.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS UNDER FORCE MAJEURE OR DUE TO COVID-19, THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY IS VOID.
All confirmed bookings (that is after you have signed the online quote) may be subject to a cancellation fee if you cancel your booking with us.
More than 30 days before the booked date no charge.
15 – 30 days of the booked date 10% of the total booking fee.
14 – 7 days of the booked date 50% of the total booking fee.
Up to 7 days of the booked date 100% of the total booking fee.
In addition, it is possible that we will have to cancel the booking on the day if an unsafe space (e.g. not a hall-like space, suitable for the number of children) is provided to work in or if there are insufficient adult helpers. This is in accordance with our public liability insurance and health and safety policy. These rare occurrences will be cancelled at a rate of 100% of the total booking fee (including VAT). Whenever possible we will endeavour to give you the option to rearrange any booking due to conflicts of schools schedule, poor weather or circumstances out of your control.
